If I offered to show you how to release the heaviness of overwhelming tasks that
need to be done…
Without spending grueling hours on your computer
Without judgment on how you get them done
Without back, shoulder, and neck pain, eye strain, and all the other health issues caused by overworking yourself
According to the New York Times, 71% of Americans admit to procrastinating. Forbes says that it’s actually 99%, and during procrastination, 78% say they feel anxious. Procrastination is one of the biggest foes of productivity, with lack of motivation being the most common reason.
If you’ve been beating yourself up because you can’t seem to get going or be able to finish your projects, please know there are very real psychological reasons why you have trouble working alone.
Perhaps you’ve read the
“7 Reasons Why You
Have Trouble Working Alone
…Instead, Get It Done With Fun”
mini-course?
A few of those seven psychological reasons like:
too much to handle
trouble staying focused
feeling lonely
and four more
work/life boundaries
virtual fatigue from hours on the computer
and three others
…made it clear that there are a lot of us who struggle with working alone.
I was working with amazing Wellness Leadership Mentors. They gave us many effective steps to build funnels, and freebies, create your coaching package with a brochure to share with potential clients, and a structure for all your marketing language (their IP - intellectual property), and even more.
However, other than 4 “Immersion” meetings a year (that most had to travel the globe to attend), there wasn’t a place for us to gather and do our work together.
So I created it!
The Get It Done Lab™...
Let me ask you this… Do you find yourself left with a list of tasks at the end of the day that always seem to get put on the back burner? These are the things that only you can do.
You can't hand them off to a virtual assistant. Only you can do them. As entrepreneurs, writers, and authors, we all tend to have those things.
These are the things you won't let yourself release because they're too close to your heart. The money pieces, budgeting, the books, etc. If you're writing a book and it's coming from your personal experience, whatever those things are that you feel that only you can do and do right, those things.
The Get It Done Lab™ helps you get your work
and "those things"
done in a faster,
more effective manner.
I utilize a particular structure
to boost your productivity
and self-care.
Focused work times,
together with
separate movement sessions,
allow you to finish projects efficiently and maintain
or regain your well-being.

A mini-course showing you how to get the most out of your time in the Get It Done Labs™
Hi my name is Gina and I'm here in the Get It Done Lab with Gwen Lepard. I’m appreciating the container of support and what feels like solidarity to do tasks that I otherwise struggle.
Struggle to sit with by myself and in particular right now I'm working on my declaration for child custody case. It’s something that is heavy on my heart and there's a tangible fortification in the feeling of not being alone while I work on it, even though there's no one that can really work on it with me directly.
It's like working in parallel with each other still feels like I'm not working on it alone. That is just absolutely invaluable because you know the human brain wires differently when it's in isolation than it does when it's in connection.
So more power to the people. Let's get the things done that need to get done so that we can live the lives and build the world that we really desire. Thanks.
I'm opening up the Labs and putting together a group of creative entrepreneurs, writers, and authors where we, as a group, work together to help you clear those things off your plate that have been sitting there, stressing you out in the back of your brain and draining your energy.
Remember the articles in the New York Times and Forbes where they shared that 71% to 99% of Americans admit to procrastinating and that during procrastination, 78% say they feel anxious, I’m curious is that you?
Do you feel anxious when you procrastinate, and has it become a problem for you?
So my solution, and I hope that you’ll join me, is...
The Get It Done Lab™!
When you show up
to the Get It Done Labs™
we work together
the intention is one of completion
which is an antidote to the delaying tactics of procrastination
Let’s get productive, complete our projects and tasks, kick procrastination to the curb, and give ourselves some of the self-care we need to thrive.
You prefer to work alone
Music in the background doesn’t work for you
You’re not open to the benefits that come from pausing your work in midflow
You find yourself struggling with focus
You have pain from working on the computer too much
Have eye strain and/or dry eyes from too much screen time
You don’t like to work alone
You struggle to get started or finish tasks and projects
You have challenges with procrastination and want to get into action
You have anxiety when you know you need to get something completed, and you can’t even get started
Let me give you a couple of frames of reference for perspective.
There are many very talented VAs (Virtual Assistants) out there, and their pricing varies. But if you want a good one that you can communicate with and they understand what you’re asking of them, then you typically need to pay them well.
I had a wonderful VA that I was paying $750 a month for 15 hours of work (her lowest package). That’s $50 per hour. She was totally worth it and she wasn’t the most expensive VA out there.
In the coaching, energy healing, and mentoring that I do, if you were to work with me one-on-one, you'd pay $300 for a 30-minute session. Yes, an energy healing, coaching, or mentoring session is different from what we do in the Get It Done Labs™ Savvy Membership...
We hold the structure of the Labs for you to have an experience that allows for the completion of your projects and tasks much faster than if you were to try and do them alone.
There are 2 Payment Options for the Savvy Membership to the Get It Done Labs™…
$197/month with no commitment
$1497/year Paid In Full (PIF) gives you access to the Labs for a whole year to get those things, necessary tasks and projects, a book written, multiple projects completed, and whatever you need to get done on a monthly basis.
I love to reward Action-Takers!
So, the first 20 people who say yes to being part of this unique way to get your work done while enjoying self-care and fun. You will have the ability to use a coupon to either take $50 off of the monthly payment or $300 off paying in full for an entire year.
Also, I love to reward consistency, so that coupon will stay with you as long as you stay with the Labs. If you cancel and come back, it will be at the regular price.

We understand that you may have other questions that we haven't answered or you need more information.
Results can and typically do happen in your very first Focus Segment.
The level of engagement that you choose is up to you.
For your best results this is what is recommended:
What’s most important is to Show Up for Yourself! Make the Lab times available a priority, put them on your calendar with the Zoom link, and set an alarm so that you don’t miss one. Come to the Labs and bring what you most want to complete with you. Work and play full out. Step away from your work during the Pause Segments. Take advantage of the Pauses to do self-care.
We are aware that the timing of the Labs will not work for everyone. There are time zone challenges, life challenges, jobs, family, etc... And if you're a chronic procrastinator, you will find many reasons that the Get It Done Labs™ aren't right for you. Some will be valid. Others will be you avoiding getting done the very thing that is causing you so much anxiety. It's said, "That we make time for what's important." Ask yourself, "What's important to me?"
Currently, the Savvy Membership meets twice on Mondays and twice on Thursdays.Perhaps these Labs are for you. Perhaps not. There are other levels of membership with more days available and programs that might help you with anxiety and procrastination. You can reach out and get on Gwen's calendar for more details. https://getitdonelabs.com/vchat
Monthly payments are a good choice if you’re not sure that the Labs will be a fit for you. They come with no commitment. You can try it out and stay as long as you like. You can cancel anytime before your next payment. You can come back at any time.
But You Have To Show Up To See If They’ll Work For You.
If you use all 24 hours each month, your cost per hour of effective productivity is only $8.20. Less when there are months with 5 days of the week, the Labs are held.
Paying in full for the entire year is for you if you know how much you have to do on a monthly basis, and you know having support is going to give you the accountability that you need to get it done in a timely manner. Also, if you’re working on a big project or writing a book, committing to a year and getting the discount is a savvy decision.
That paid-in-full discount brings your investment down to only $4.80 an hour if you use all 312 hours (52 weeks x 6 hours/week) that you have available to you during the year. The more you show up, the less your investment per Lab.
Sure you can. However, finding a VA at $5-8/hour is tough. Plus, you have to train them to your way of doing things, make sure they understand what you’re asking for, and then inspect it to ensure they did what you asked. If they got it wrong, you end up doing it yourself or spend the time to explain and show again what you really meant.
Yes, good VAs are worth every penny they charge once you’re both on the same page. Remember, I was paying $750 a month for only 15 hours, and I still had a great many things that I had to do to be able to give her the content she needed to do her job.
I bet that even if you use a VA, you have many things on your plate that only you can do.
Telegram is a secure communication application (app) that allows you to communicate using text, audio, or video. You can even use it for phone calls, which is helpful when you have friends in other countries around the globe. Some that you may meet in a Lab! You can use it on any device: cell phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer, too.
There are a number of reasons why taking breaks while on a roll can be beneficial to your health and wellbeing, as well as get you more creative than if you were to keep going.
One of them is that sitting is being called the new “smoking” in relation to your health. If you’re using a standing desk, that’s now showing to cause health issues as well. We need breaks to move around. Movement is medicine. We need to give our eyes rest.
Another is when we stop in the middle of a word or sentence, we access a part of our brain that goes looking for what’s next. I can’t tell you how many times that “rest break” has given me and others something surprising, inspiring, and solutions to something we were struggling with.
